All our wood is sourced from European FSC/PEFC forests only.

A true XXL Bella tree is centuries old and often standing just alone.
The average diameter is about 125 cm and a single Bella tree equalizes about 25 m3

After milling the boards into the distinctively large Bella sizes they are left alone for years.
Lastly the boards come from outside into computer directed kilns to be dried to 10% humidity.

Most XXL trees come from Germany were old aristocracy have privately held forests for generations.
They really care about replanting for their own long run and do for ages what FSC/PEFC is doing now
